I have been wanting to be healthier for some time now. It's not about losing weight or anything like that. I just want to feel better and take better care of myself. I figure my last few weeks of summer are a great time to start!
To kick off my new "healthier" routine, I started Insanity yeasterday (will I ever feel like I'm NOT dying???) and prepped my breakfast for this morning...overnight oats!
Have you ever tried overnight oats? What are your favorite recipes/ingredients?

I've been meaning to make overnight oats for a while now. I add the ingredients to my grocery list they sound yummy!
ReplyDeleteYes! I don't know if you like apples and cinnamon…but when you overnight your oats definitely add fresh apple slices, cinnamon, and stevia. It's delicious and your house will smell incredible!
