Wordless Wednesday (July 23rd)

It's July 23rd, and that means only 3 more weeks (exactly) until I have my orientation for the district! I. Can. Not. WAIT!

Today I am linking up with the lovely Miss DeCarbo for Wordless Wednesday.

I have been wanting to be healthier for some time now. It's not about losing weight or anything like that. I just want to feel better and take better care of myself. I figure my last few weeks of summer are a great time to start!

To kick off my new "healthier" routine, I started Insanity yeasterday (will I ever feel like I'm NOT dying???) and prepped my breakfast for this morning...overnight oats!


 Overnight oats with bananas and a dollop of peanut butter. I didn't like it as it was....so I added a heaping spoonful of Nutella. Problem solved ;)


Have you ever tried overnight oats? What are your favorite recipes/ingredients?

  1. I have wanted to try this for awhile now - peanut butter and banana is one of my favorite flavor combinations :)

  3. I've been meaning to make overnight oats for a while now. I add the ingredients to my grocery list they sound yummy!

  4. Yes! I don't know if you like apples and cinnamon…but when you overnight your oats definitely add fresh apple slices, cinnamon, and stevia. It's delicious and your house will smell incredible!

    Insanity will not get better, sorry! haha
